I GOT PROMOTED!!!

Wow yesterday was a long day.

What I've done while (basically) unemployed:

Applied to every job posting I've seen.
Updated and revised my resume fifteen times.
Written a cover letter.
Had it critiqued.
Shaved my o.O
Taken an average of three showers per day.
Done my roommate's laundry.
Checked the snail mail twice per day.

so new apartment comes with things to learn:
first one: don't try to shower while the washing machine (and for good measure, the dishwasher) is going...the water heater can't handle it, and will direct all the cold water to the washing machine (in this instance) and ALL the scadling hot water to your backside.
