First off I know they can't afford that much each month. But if you have anywhere else in mind the answers are:
We are currently using conservation land and therefore it is a carry-in, carry-out situation and we leave Nothing (ie. we are very clean and even pick up others trash if we see it)
I'll have to ask about insurane but I don't think so
and we do not need a kitchen.

We are somewhere now that allows us to camp and has a few picnic tables and fire pits - we are only looking for a slight upgrade. thanks

Scout camps? In the off seasons, they can be pretty affordable.

YMCA camps?

Sorry can't be more helpful, but I thought of scout camps off the bat....

We are currently at a former scout camp turned onservation land. However the game does take place during the summer months so not off season. But thanks for the input :)
