Yup much in the way of lives moving orward for the Lipman family. Here's a brief synopsis. Abby is currently in Amsterdam working as an au pair (feel free to shoot her an email). Aarati (siter-in-law) finished her PhD and graduated Mother's day weekend. I am expecting, due Oct 20th. And Jon & Aarati are expecting their first child about a month ahead of me. Mom and Dad are doing well and have many faires planned for this year as well as a cruise in the fall. They are much excited at Finally getting to be grandparents (and they get 2!). I will not be finding out the sex of the baby, on the other hand, I know I will be having a little niece soon (they wanted to know).

I think that about covers it. How's things with you?

Just keep on whatever the docs say. If you're not sure, get another opinion.

And _NOW_ is the time to be eating healthy and properly. NOW is the time, not in a two months or three months.

I also highly recommend "What to expect when you're expecting" - it can help answer a lot of questions, including ones about woman parts and all that. :) At the least, it can help explain some things to you that you might give you more info to talk with your doctor about.

Be well. Eat well. :) And congratulations again.

I actually have a fairly healthy diet to begin with, but have made a conscious effort to make it even better. At least once the nausea wore off.

Mom already got me that book as well as being given a different one from my Dr. (who is wonderful and I've been seeing for years)

All in all, things are good. I am well cared for physically, emotionally and medically speaking.
