yep... exactly how i felt all sunday... except everything that went down came back up... then at night it started coming the other direction and i woke up every half hour all night... yesterday i was sore, achey, and super tired... kept just passing out on the couch... i didn't eat anything until a bowl of rice last night... didn't even eat the whole thing... but it stayed down... sipping ginger ale does help... don't gulp it no matter how thirsty you are... my mistake there... but i was soooo thirsty... whoops... so anywho... i'm feeling better today... i think... i hope you feel all better soon
