So glad things have improved for you. I know what you mean about the food thing. Can't wait go out and buy some leafy greens and eat a SALAD!!

I'm home now and really beat. Feels good to be in my own place.

Love you and thinking about you.

i love eating raw veg, much more than is really healthful for me (at least in the chinese medicine worldview.) red or yellow peppers, cukes, tomatoes, cauliflower, i like most veges raw. also don't forget the fruit! it's summer there too, no?

and hey, bring home some smoked pimenton, will you? see any french seasoned salt? bring that too!

we miss you, and princess says i am taking adequate care of her. for a monkey. who is not her papi.

So here in Tineo, our rooms are right above a supermarket. Although we dont´have a kitchen to work with, I am managing to eat at least a few fresh things to supplement the usual bread, meat, cheese and coffee diet.

I´ll look for the smoked pimenton and french seasoned salt!

Glad to hear that the princess is relatively satisfied with her primate attendants.

Found two kinds of pimenton (dulce & picante) and will bring them home with me. No luck with the french salt though. I also have surprise that I picked up in London (clue: we can cross something off the blackboard.)
