Books that pass the Bechdel test? You might want a further stipulation to prevent "technical" passes. Frex, passes in at least 3 chapters, or has two lead adult female characters. (Or two lead female characters who are in the age bracket of the readership, so YA can be okay.)
Books with protagonists over age 40? (male or female; even the dudes are being told to youthen these days)
Books where no one dies?
Or else something you are really in the mood to read!

Not relevant to your main point, I have a question: How many pages (approx) do your read in an hour? I expect it varies by what you're asked to do. I also expect you have this noted on your website somewhere, so I'm just being lazy.
I love the idea of books that pass the Bechdel test -- you're the second person to suggest it!
Pages per hour is hard -- but words per hour, I go between 8,000 and 12,000 usually. It depends on the quality/type of work, as well as what I'm being asked to do. Sometimes my speed drops down to 6,000 per hour, especially if I'm doing hardcore line editing that looks almost like rewriting. Sometimes I go up to 15,000 or 20,000 words per hour if I'm doing a critique and the book is an easy read. (The critique might not be easy, but that's a separate matter.)
