Life after college

My friend, Christina, asked me what I plan to do after I graduate. I said that I want to go directly to grad school, but then I realized, I will have been in college for 5 years before I graduate from undergrad, then probably another 4 years of grad school. I'm going through the same thing you are. I think I've finally decided on taking a year off. I've talked to a lot of people who've told me that real world experience is definitely worth it. I think I'm motivated enough. I'm going to make sure that I have plans for that year, so I don't just bum around the house. Scary prospects though. So many open doors, so many choices, but that should be a good thing, right? ;-)

You should take a year, just one year, off. It would give you time to get some money and you could play around with your camera with no academic pressures. Plus you might want to visit some of these grad school places. It's hard making decisions about places you have never seen.
