Why is it, that when you're having a really crap day, people feel it is their obligation to rub it in and make u feel even more like a clump of dog shit on the bottom of life's shoe?

Boring and distinctly depressing day.  Does anyone else feel the obvious discontent among eberyone right now? 

Do people often dream of their own death in a very subdued and curious fashion, like a spectator watching something in complete numbness, without feeling of fear or pain, but feeling wonder instead, and completely lacking any real concern for what we see?
I thought as much.
