pumpkin black bean cactus chili

I just made pumpkin black bean cactus chili. I thought that deserved an update because it was the most complex thing I've ever made. Basically it's this fantastic chili baked inside a pumpkin....and I topped it off with a mug of hot apple cider. Too bad it's still hot and humid in Austin! Haha, back to studying...
