Poll regarding future of Alias 500

I've been slacking in my duties here at alias500 and not posting any new challenges. The com has still been active with members posting new fic and I have no intention of closing this community.

So a poll to see what you guys would like to see happen with alias500

This is a little long to fit in the comment box. I love this comm, so I'm definitely relieved that it's not closing. :) I have a SUPER AWKWARD QUESTION about the admin side of things, though - specifically the tags. More specifically, the lack of ship tags, which simplifies things, but makes it a little harder to find stuff later! Are there ~specific objections to ship tags? How many more times can I fit the word 'specific' into this box?

Okay, maybe that isn't a super awkward question (or ridiculous succession thereof), but I certainly feel super awkward. :s AHEM. :P

Hi.

It's not an awkward question at all. When I first set up the tags, I thought about having ship tags but decided against them at the time. Partly because I was on dial up and partly because I ended up reading pairings I would never have read before. I thought future readers might also like being surprised as well.

It looks like the votes are leaning toward the "general fic" posting site. My only thought is that as Alias fades into a lot of peoples' memories, it gets harder all the time to find fic for it. There are so many places to post general fic, but only a few places to find stories specifically related to Alias. That's why I voted no for that change. (Or did I misunderstand the question?) LOL

The last question was for if nobody wanted to see new challenges posted what would the com become then. Right now there's 100 percent waning new challenges which means it won't become a general fic com.
