My mom's taco dip recipe (a hit at every party she's brought it to):

Bottom Layer:

*2 8oz. cream cheese
*1 8oz. sour cream
*1 package taco mix seasoning
*garlic powder
*onion salt
*4oz. salsa

Middle Layer:

*diced red onion
*green pepper
*tomato
*shredded lettuce

Top Layer:

*2 packages 8oz. mixed cheeses

Directions:

1.Mix cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion salt and salsa together and put in pan

2.Layer the onion, green pepper, tomato and lettuce on top of the bottom layer

3.Sprinkle the cheese on top of the middle layer

Or "Green Onion Pancake", google?

This recipe looks fine, it doesn't have to be peanut oil though:
