i also accidently lost 10 pounds. yay for being back to 125 haven't seen that number since junior year

I am planning on going to the Jan. 13th show... school starts back up on that Monday on the 16th though.

ok well first you start working at st ray's.
then you mess up your eating schedule so you eat maybe 2 meals a day. high carbs and fat.
wipe ass and roll heavy over and over again.
repeat 4 x a week for 3 months =)
