Fun fact - This concerto is Bach's arrangement of one by Vivaldi for four violins:

You know, now that you mention it, it DOES sound like Vivaldi. Because everything Vivaldi wrote sounds the same.

Spoken like someone who hasn't listened to enough Vivaldi. He wrote for the resources as his disposal, and he hardly ever used the same work twice in monthly performances of his music. It was only natural that he would recycle basic material, and furthermore, it was common practice to do so. If you really listen closely and develop a familiarity with his music, I think you will find that each work has fascinating strands of creative energy and subtle detail that play out in the shifting moods, motives, and long-winded phrases alike. Nothing is quite as it seems, and nothing is ever exactly the same. Vivaldi's music is tremendously accessible, and for a reason - even when he had but a single idea to convey, he conveyed it with imagination, consummate professionalism, and an unmistakable love for his craft. With Vivaldi, we are always discovering how little we know!
