Shou's blog translation, January 28, 2012

Jan 28, 2012 19:55

I know that usually blog entries aren't posted here but this one is very important so I think everyone should know about it. I'm not an expert at Japanese but I tried my best to convey this message.
Apparently the matter was mentioned is some magazine so he wrote on Twitter: "It seems like there was a little misunderstanding, so I wrote this."

ABOUT ALICE NINE CHANGING ITS LEADER )

Agreed)
I think Shou will make a good leader but already does so much for the band and he's the frontman, it would be difficult for him to carry both roles. I always thought Tora acted the most leader-like especially in all the comments and interviews. But I'm sure they'll work it out.

When I first heard of this news, it scared the shit out of me. I'll wait some time to see if I can still be this scared :\ Hope they won't change a lot >_<

You shouldn't worry so much. As Shou said, it doesn't really change anything.

Thank you for translating this o_o I just heard Shou was leader and was wondering what it meant, but nothing will change. I don't know how everyone else feels, but I always saw Shou as kind of the "leader" just due to the fact he's the vocalist... I think he'll do well in that role. (And honestly, they have a "leader" who, I assume, will keep them all in check just amongst themselves, but it doesn't really mean anything, does it?)

I'm a huge Nao fan, so I loved Nao being ~Leader-san~ but if it was Nao's decision to step down, I'm glad Shou decided to step up and take the position :)

Today I spent the day sitting back in my chair while eating some pop-corn and laugh as people go crazy on Tumblr. Time well spent.

No but seriously, people are way to over-exagerating this whole thing. It's Nao's own decision, and it's not like they kicked him out of the band. Some people seriously need to grow up....

And I think that people who are mad/hating at/on Shou or something like that shouldn't call themselves fan, they don't deserve it.

" Where is this Tumblr " what exacly do you mean ? xD

There was this one girl, I won't say her usernamer because that would be too mean, she made like 3-4 post saying how sad she was and stuff like that and how he always has been the leader and should stay that way. I think if ever Nao leave A9 sh'll kill herself or something... She was thinking more abbout her sadness and obsession with the guy then his health. Being a leader is probably a verry stressful thing !

I mean, I understand not being happy about it, but as fan we should accept the decision. And it's not that big of deal either !

This person sounds like all the Kra fans who threw a fit when Mai left and insisted he stay. If you look at the videos from Mai's last tour with the band, he was obviously in horrible health, wasted away to a skeleton. These people were thinking more of themselves than of Mai. (And do NOT get me started on the people who said afterward that Kra should have disbanded rather than continue on with Taizo as their new guitarist.)
