Matt's just text to tell me he's seeing someone else. He must think I'm stupid if he thinks I didn't already know. It just... hurts. A lot.

He wants to meet up to 'chat' about it, but I don't know if that's a good idea. Might make me feel worse.

I'm going to ring my mum. =(

No, I would definitely not go & meet him. It will make you feel worse & possibly bring up old feelings/memories. I'd just try to move on with things now. Stay strong.
