So dad came and jump started my car, which took ages because a)rubbish jump leads and b)dad's car went for a service recently and they'd greased all the connections on the battery. On the plus side, I now have a working knowledge of how to jump start a car. =P And a set of jump leads to do it with. Every cloud has a silver lining

I'm sorry to read that you've been having such a difficult time of it lately. These band 7s sound like first class bitches. And also, how unprofessional of the entire organisation that nobody has actually spoken to you about it to hear what your take is on it. I think thats shocking. Are you a member of a union or anything?
I hope that your trip to the doctors has given you some guidance and some practical advice too so that you can start working towards things getting better.
And finally, as you know, the old diaries are always here for you even when you reach my level of whinging, which I think you're still quite a way from!!
