Step one:
Make an entry (a public entry, a friends only one...whatever you want) in your Lj. In that entry, you have to write a list with 10 Christmas wishes. The wishes can be anything that you want: something simple related to a fandom (“I would like a non-shareable icon of Ron/Hermione”), something intermediate (“I would like the DVD of…”) or something not that simple (“For Christmas, I would like a car/TV/a journey…”)…the most important thing is that you must be sure that the things that you’re asking for are the ones that you truly want.
If you want a “real” present (not fics or icons), make sure that you add in your entry a way to get in touch with you (your e-mail, address…).
Step two:
Visit your f-list’s diaries to see if they also have posted this entry. And the most important thing:
If you see a wish that you’re able to fulfill and you have the intention to do it, try to make it real.
