Back to acting 2nd banana!

Dec 05, 2012 00:33

I survived the TPS report redundancy and it seems people were satisfied with it.  Both top bananas are back and so I am no longer in charge of two entities.  I flew a gig with Downtown yesterday, a nice easy milk run.  I'm being pushed to renew my instructor certification, which had lapsed many years ago.  So, today, I flew with a newly minted ( Read more... )

Kind hearts create just minds...a boulevard and barrier to those whom wish us unwell.

How are your animals doing, my love?

Oh Cy, I've really missed your poetic qualities!

My cats are doing well. They are old enough now to mostly be doing their own thing. Some of the ants from my chameleon farm escaped and now I'm getting bit! Maybe I can unleash them for a bit to hunt down the ants.

Awe, I'd love to see a pic of your Chameleons :D

Thank you, I miss you... speaking with you always balances me. It fills my heart to stay close with you.

Any special plans for the Holidays? What's on the agenda before Christmas?

I love you, my Alice <3

I'll take some chameleon pics! There's a baby running around now.

I'll be on leave soon and get all of my shopping done finally. I always make the best of plans to get done by Thanksgiving, but I never do. :p I'm hoping for a quite Christmas with the family. I just had the holiday breast cancer awareness party.

Love you, Cy! I'm hoping your holidays are shaping up to be a good one. :)

I'd think with all the real life action in your life, you wouldn't want to play video games.

I am an avowed adrenaline junkie. I have the hardest time meditating as I'm not "doing" anything exciting. But the video games are very much of a reality break. Much of my work is ridiculously bureacratic and I need that mental reset. I also like the social aspects of the games where we have a group with a common purpose.

The price of leadership is often the paperwork needed to fill your replacement, a general once said that when asked why he decided to never retire. I am glad to see the holiday went well for you, and that you got some good rest. :-) Merry Advent to you Alice and everyone else.

Jonathan! How are you doing? It's good to hear from you. :)

Someone used the term, an insane vaudeville of bureacracy and I think it'll stick. Someone will make a request for a report and I'll always think, is this guy joking? No one could possibly want that information. Once, long ago, I had to do one where all they wanted was how many times this word was used in a 100 page document. There wasn't an electronic copy, of course, so I sat and counted, page by page. I mean, who makes these requests up? :p

Happy Holidays to you and your family! Blessings and hugs.
