Oh... fucking christ hon!

I read the start, and the cooking (and the '...wham' bit which made me scream with laughter) and we had stabby-grandmother cake and Will being a kitchen BAMF! and I was all ready to lol my way through and then...

wee!Will making himself pb&j's. Him being all 'lala - my parents were drunks, so what?'. Him giving Finn an out. Finn fucking TAKING it!!

And I can't hate Finn for it because he beats himself up too much on his own (and sweet jesus but that child-of-alcoholics stuff hits every.single.one of Will's canon personality traits!) - the part where he's researching is just so incredibly *raw* that to be honest I had to stop reading and just go and *breath* a couple of times.

'What if there have been others who were bad for Will and hurt him and he stayed because he thought that’s all he deserved? He reads the words over and over until they become blurry and he realizes this is because he’s crying. - that? *sobs* yeah

As a grown up son of an alcoholic who died partly because of it, thank you. This was so much more than what I was expecting from a fanfic, not so much for the bad things that happened to Will but for the feelings you can convey about what it's like living around alcoholism alltogether. You're an awesome writer (I hope my english is good enough to be understandable, if not I'm sorry I'm italian)
