Yeah, how many bitter, bitter tears did I cry when canon totally crapped all over my Puck is a secret math genius theory? Whatever, I reject their reality and happily subsitute my own.

I LOVED writing Finn in this. Such an adorkable ball of insecurity and love and ethusiasm and curiosity and sweetness and good intentions.

This was me absolutely falling in love with Finn through his ongoing appreciation of literature. This was me thinking his crits could be used in classes. And very much enjoying his first foray into poetry! :D

This was me biting my hand during the sex scenes. Seriously. I have teeth marks on my palm now. Because UNFFFF!!!!!

'Finn can only manage something that sounds like “Nghuhuh”, which roughly translates into “Wow, when did I wander into a porno and can I stay here forever?” - yes, Finn. Yes. And can we live there with you?

I've been busy recovering from a mild case of the plague and then writing THE IMPOSSIBLY MORE SMUTTY SEQUEL TO THIS STORY!

Like, I'm vaguelly ashamed at how this thing spiraled out of control on me and am actually slightly jealous of the sex life I've created for Will/Finn.

Have I ever mentioned how much I love how you unapologetically geek out for this series? In a non-creepy way I'd love to pick your brain matter sometimes because most of the music, books and movies you reference I've either seen/read/heard or are some of my favorites (you lost me with Huck Finn, I'm afraid, but that was never one of my favorites). And the fact that Will's literature obsession led to their first real sexual breakthrough was just mindblowingly lovely for a bibliophile like myself. Every time I see a new entry to this series I jump up and down for joy. This is great!

--And I actually own that book of poetry. My poor repressed Christian father was mortified when I walked in from the bookstore a few years back. The look on his face is a memory that will stick with me for awhile... :)

ANYWAY! Writerly insecurities aside...thrilled the fic and the whole concept of literature leading to a sexual breakthrough for the boys worked.

I've totally fallen in love with all the delicious possibilities of Will's age/experience/wisdom opening up new worlds for Finn.

And of course, it being a two way street with Finn's youth/innocence/enthusiasm helping Will.
