Ladies and Gentlemen this year's cheer team and mascot:

Congratulations to everyone who made it on to the team!
Practice Schedule: (5:20-6:40)
Mon/28: Basics 101. Warm ups. (new cheerleaders only)
Tues/29: The basics of dance. Jumpstyle instruction and practice.
Wed/30: The basics of stunts and jumps. Limited practice.
Thu/1: The basics of how to create original cheers.
* Practice will be on each school day from this point on.
Practice Rules:
1. Be kind. There is no room for personal conflicts. Do not bring them to practice.
2. Warming Up is not optional --- you must participate in order to cheer.
3. Proper shoes with socks must be worn at all times.
4. Never build a stunt without the coach present.
5. All members must be at each practice. (Some exceptions apply.)
6. No talking between cheers.
7. Long hair must be away from the face.
8. No jewelry. (Stud earrings only.)
9. Wear clothing that is non-restrictive.
10. In order to be counted as attending, you must participate in all facets of practice.
