Cordelia's vision was of Joyce having congress with a demon, trying to enlist his help in taking back Sunnydale. Now that nearly everyone is dead, her gallery has the admittedly shrunken market cornered. She also thinks that by wearing a mask she can control a few zombies and so have unpaid staff.

Joyce is a businesswoman.

Either that or she saw herself in a three-way with Buffy and Faith.
