sooo yeah. I get hired on as a full sail lab instructor specialist and I find out today that was a lie. Not only did I sign the paperwork that was notorized right in front of me, I applied specifically for the position and hired for it. YEAAAH so I pretty much got demoted today. nothing really O_O they were just making sure my experience was up to date and all.. i was wondering why she was asking because last time i was informed, i didnt need the experience, just a bachelor's degree to take on an instructor positoin. but i guess she must have caught it, showed the head guy at full sail and then showed tim bowser who then told me i was not adequate enough. so yeah. its so stupid. everything was notorized, it was all said and done, i had signed, larry had signed ( my boss ) and one other person notorized it. so if no one caught it i shouldnt have to pay for their lack of observation or communication. ugh
