Truer words were never spoken... I learned, the hard way like you, AAne, that once you learn to truly enjoy and appreciate and love yourself and your own company, that's when you'll attract someone else who will as well, and will treat you the way you deserve... not necessarily right away, but if you've really learned it then you'll be confident in proceeding if and when you do meet that person, and ok with it if you don't.
