Today was my first day of work! Except it wasn't really work, it was orientation day for all the new employees and we just filled out a lot of paper work! But I got my cool Old Navy name tag and a locker, a locker combo, and my Gap Inc. discount card! My next shift is tomorrow night but I'm still in training but I think that they might have us ( Read more... )

hey if you get two comments, i tried to post one once, and it didn't seem like it worked...but anways, I just said that it sounds like you are doing a good job of being dedicated to going to the gym! And working at Old Navy sounds like fun! Are you going to the Nordstrom sale this weekend??

I got both comments! Of course I'm going to the Nordstrom sale this weekend! I really want to go Friday but I work a short shift on Saturday (I'll still be in training) so I was thinking I might just go Saturday because I'll already be at the mall! But I've always gone on the first day of the sale for so many years and I don't want to break tradition! Except my mom is on vacation right and she won't be back by Friday so I guess I will "window shop" and find stuff I like and maybe buy some of the cheaper stuff on my own then come back with her so she can help pay for the rest! I bet you're going too huh? And you have BIG Nordstrom's up there so that's super tight!

Yea, we have never gone shopping together!!! I guess it's not that weird though because I usually shop alone because I am that cool. But yeaaaaa, let's go to the sale! I know you've just been downtown, but we should go with Andrea and Linh one day because that would be tooooooons of fun! So we should do that sometime next week after I get my schedule but we could totally go to VanMall on Friday or you can meet up with me Saturday if you want!

hey did you try to call me today? (tuesday) Yay for discount card! lol I'm so happy for you that you got a job! That's so tight. I still have a few more places I could apply to... lol but we'll see. Might have to go to Seattle afterall, which would be totally sad! :( and if you check your lj in the morning, call me so i can go work out with you! because i have to take my brothers to class tomorrow anyays at like 8:30am.. although i'm still really sore from warped tour...

Yea, I called your home and your cell on Tuesday. I've had the hardest time sleeping and I can't sleep in anymore and I always get up around like 8:00 am and it's crazy! But I am going to the gym this morning, I just need to wait for my sister to get up in a little bit so I'll call you soon!

thanks for the call! ummm maybe we'll try again tomorrow morning, and i'll go to sleep earlier? lol that's good you're getting up early! if i woke up at 8... that would mean like three hours of sleep for me today... lol instead i got five hours... crazyyyyy.

Yea, you should come work out with me tomorrow morning! I usually try to go every morning around like 9:30-10 so you should coooooooooome! And you should be proud, I can work out for longer than 1 hour! Today, I went for 45 min. on the eliptical and 35 min on the treadmill but I didn't lift weights today and I wanted to use the Stairmaster but those 4 Stairmaster machines next to the treadmills were always all in use and I know there Stairmaster machines behind the stationary bikes but I like the ones with the real steps better but it's all good!

hey just to tell you i love your posts... in general and specifically this one. because who writes in their livejournal about tom cruise and katie holmes besides you? anyway i was gonna write you too... and then i didn't. i will later tonight. and oh yah the dance party for tonight is cancelled because cara has to go pick up her grandparents from the airport and she is like the core of the party because she's the only one who can dance! i love you! and thursday was so fun i had the best time make bracelets with you... i'm glad you liked the one i made you that was a new concept in my bracelet art repertoire (the whole shading thing). that sounds nerdy.

Thanks! I'm about to go to sleep right now and it is ridculously early on a Saturday night but I'm so tired and I have to wake up early to go to work and that sucks because I have to miss church this week for training and I hate missing church because church is fun! And I loooved making bracelets with you too! I think I told you this already but I wore the bracelet you made me to work one day and it rocked the outfit! And it's way cool you discovered this new "art repertoire" (you are so ridiculously fancy, but that's such a cool word! It's something that Ben would say to make himself sound smart!) and next time, let's hemp because I haven't hemped in a loooooooong time and it is way cool too and it will be super fun! And I am about to fall asleep while typing this comment so I'm going to bizzounce and I will probably talk to you manana! You're the best Bee!

Yes for hemp! No for beach :( I'm getting my bottom two wisdom teeth pulled on Tuesday so I probably won't make it to the beach and I might have to work a night shift on Wednesday too.
