Sleep...

I wish that was what I was doing right now, but no I'm not. Since getting married my body has decided that it doesn't need sleep or something, because most nights I don't get very much sleep at all... I need to see if my MIL can work on me (she is a massage therapist) and see if that helps, because I REALLY need to get more sleep

hehe physical activity = rush of endorphins. physical activity after 5 p.m. = too many endorphins in system to sleep. Fix? No sex after 5 p.m. :P

This could also be construed as no exercise at all after 5 p.m... hence the reason I am a couch potato. I need to be able to get my beauty rest. ;)

Well if that were the case then I'd never get any... because I hardly ever see my husband before 5. Even if we don't have sex I can't sleep...

Go tell your doctor you're not sleeping well. Maybe he'll give you some Ambien.

I would do that, but I don't want to become dependent on a pill to put me to sleep.

I recommend getting into some kind of night routine, if you don't have one already. And finish it up with a glass of milk and just stay in bed and "pretend" to sleep until you fall asleep. I have a lot of trouble falling asleep when I'm pregnant and this has been one of the best ways to induce sleep for me. But hey, a massage can't hurt either way :) Good luck! It's no fun not being able to sleep :(

I wish I could get into a nightly rountine... The problem is some nights I work.. and other I don't. I have tried the whole pretending to be asleep thing... I can only pretend so long :)
