So I went to a "College Frat party" themed 21st. Interesting since I live in Australia.. This is what I wore!
Stats are as follows -
Weight: Depends on time of month. Usually 92 kilos.
Height: 5ft 7ish.
Bust: 38C
Waist: 37
Hips: 51
I went as a College Professor ;)
Dress: Review (Size 14! Hell yeah stretchy fabric!)
Stockings: Hips and Curves.com
Garter: Hips and Curves.com
Bustier: Hips and Curves.com
Spanx: David Jones
Shoes: Pulp

ALSO. Check out these babies I got from Review AND Alannah Hill! (Really, stretchy fabric and suck me in underwear.. oh man. It makes it alllllll good..) I just had to share because you lovely ladies know the feeling of VICTORY when you fit into something from a shop that generally only teeny tiny people fit into..

So like, apart from the fact that I forgot the LJ cut.. I'm pretty sure my cheeky "flaggable" statement isn't actually anything other than me trying to convince myself that I'm hotter than Christina Hendricks. And lets face it, anyone who has fucking SEEN what that woman GODDESS looks like will know that that isn't anywhere near possible.
So really, fatshionista, get over yourself. Sometimes you are inspiring, other times, I want to reach through my screen and fix what you're all wearing, but way to crush me a little. I felt really good about myself that day and I wanted to let all the other girls know that sometimes just getting the courage to try something on that you don't think will fit you will pay off. So take that dress and jump in the change room and just TRY IT ON. (May I suggest taking spanx with you?) You might be suprised at what happens. You know, if you're smart about clothes and know what suits you, I don't think it matters what body shape you have . You can still rock. (BECAUSE IT IS ABOUT SHAPE, NOT SIZE)
And you know, I find it hilarious that that community is all about YAY FAT PEOPLE ARE HOT TOO but the minute you compare yourself to another hot celeb.. your post gets rejected.
I probably shouldn't take this so personally, but you know, this is my super sensitive week.
Fuck resubmitting. People can just live their lives without seeing me in cool clothes.
