You really need to take a look at breakfast; it's a lot easier to cut down on your portions when you've had some protein and natural sugars early in the day. It might be good to keep some yogurt cups (see if you can't find a brand where sugar/HFCS/sucralose is low on or not on the ingredient list; there's plenty in the fruit) or crunchy granola bars around for when you're in a rush.
