I've heard of a software program that makes recipe suggestions based on ingredient lists. I found this: http://www.recipematcher.com/ just after a quick Google search. I'll bet money it's not the only one out there, though.

What I got from looking at that list was a vegetable pot pie and/or a vegetable soup.
