So What Are We, A Pre-Racial Society?

Feb 28, 2009 13:52

I'm not gonna weigh in on your last question, but I just wanted to say I liked your thoughts on what might signify a lack of racism. Very thought-provoking.

Note: I have NON-attached earlobes. Must begin irrational hatred of those who don't right away! ::writes it on list of things to do::

Yep. Not to mention how it makes them look closer to monkeys, which clearly means they're inferior to ME in intelligence and worthiness in the world. Might as well not even be considered human, but the liberal agenda has decreed that we must pretend not to see these very obvious differences and accept everyone, even physically inferior ATTACHED EARLOBE LOSERS.

They should just go back to their planet if they don't like it here and not expect us to listen to them chattering in their moon language only attached-earlobe freaks can hear.

Crap, doing this is starting to be too much fun. I'd better stop before I end up convincing myself.

I've been meaning for a while to write a post about left-handed people, considered as a non-oppressed minority group: the theory being that yes, they have to deal with constant irritation because all the door-handles, scissors, etc, are designed for the right-handed, but that's an unfortunate consequence of their condition and the laws of supply-and-demand rather than active discrimination.

Possibly, though, I'm just wallowing in my own right-handed privilege.
