stumbled across your site and can sympathise with you on the D problem.
Sounds like you know how to handle it with the different foods and fiber. Have you considered a probiotic to help?
The D usually means an imbalance in the digestive system, and the proboitic helps put the good bacteria back that antibiotics will take out.
