as requested:
tutorial for coloring like this

(includes curves and selective colors so I wouldn't recommend to use any meds before reading :D)

to

as I said before I don't remember exactly what I did cuz I improvised a lot this time. But I can tell something about the main steps.

1. we have this base

2. too dark. duplicate and set to screen

3. that's better. so let's mess with Curves a little.
RGB:
input 163
output 190

Red:
input 190
output 202

Green:
input 186
output 185
(barely touched. in fact not really nesessary)

Blue:
input:190
output: 182

now we have this

4. new Hue/saturation level. saturation +28

5. new selective color layer:
Red:
C: -82

Cyans:
C: +25
Y: -55

Blues:
C: +57
M: +36
Y: -4

Neutrals:
C: -12
Y: +12

6. select all, copy merged and set to soft light. you can shapen it if nesessary

7. new Curves layer:

Green:
input:186
output:181

Blue:
1st point:
input:88
output:103

2nd point
input: 173
output: 187

8. New selective color layer

Red:
C: -27

Neutrals:
C: +35
M: +9
Y: -5

9. new Hue/Saturation Layer
saturation +8

10. and the last step (I didn't use it in The Tear Icon). The background was scratching my eye so aI copied merged and blurred the background (use Blur Tool)

Done!

Hope it was helpfull.
