OK... the guy deserves a beat down, defiantly. I would say that having the piss beaten out of him is probably the only kind of discussion that he would understand. However... you might want to make sure that he doesn't get back up. This is not an individual blessed with any higher functions, just an animal (not to insult animals) reacting to base needs. There is no honor in his game. So challenging him to a duel would be pointless. I don't see evidence of anything cooking much above the brain stem level, so you don't have to be too concerned about elaborate schemes of revenge.
