Caret is really NOT working out in my household, at all. What happened with the last place?

Different cat. Placement for the kitten is working out great; she's happy as a clam. This one is my OTHER summer rescue, and i was trying to keep him myself. He is, however, driving my other cats to distraction, and after four months that hasn't improved at all.
