Well, I called them today. Apparently I owed them $12 so they cancelled my policy. So I called them and paid them the $12 and I guess that was that. I'm still annoyed though because I paid what their website told me to pay, it's not exactly my fault if it wasn't enough.

Bloody hell.

So I was looking at my insurance online because I hadn't gotten the bill for this month and I was fairly sure I usually got it by now. It says my insurance is cancelled. What the hell?! My grandmother is dying. She's been getting weaker and more senile for quite some time now. She went to my cousin's wedding last month and got really sick afterwards. Doctors said she had pnuemonia.
