yeah i have the same problem. i dont have a progam that i can make my pictures smaller with so i just go online to google.com and search for "livejournal icons". it should give you a whole bunch of pages. then just save them to "my pictures" and them load them onto user pictures in your livejournal! i hope that helps, if not let me know and i can try to explain better.
sometimes they have links to cute icons there.. but other than that i just usually try things like typing in "cute live journal icons" or "sexy livejournal icons" and what not. and it will lead you to a bunch of different things. or sometimes i just search through people i don't knows livejournals and steel their icons. haa. do you have any kind of icon that you want? cause i can try to find some cute ones or what not and send them to you through email or something... im trying to find a new one myself so i'll keep an eye out for ones for you.now i'm just rambling, so i'm going to go. haha, talk to you later!
