I wish I could afford good beef (family of five, you know). That looks yummy. *drools*

Ah, don't let this one meal fool you. I haven't had grass-fed beef in almost a year. This one cut (probably no more than 4 oz) was $4 at the organic grocery store. Every once in a while I like to splurge. ;) Isn't it a shame that healthy food is so much more expensive?

It is a shame - but with three teenage boys in the house, grass fed organic meat is NOT happening.
