I quite like it so far. Really good characters; I'm excited for them to grow. I've always had this experience where when I write about a character for a while there's a moment all of a sudden when they 'become a real person,' so if that hasn't happened yet you've gotta tell me when it does, 'cause it's exciting. ^-^

Also intruiged by this aunty figure.
On the subject of the parents (just IMO), dying in some kind of accident seems affected...I mean...I guess it happens all the time, but yeah, a little convenient maybe?

I'm glad you like it so far. I feel like Lennon is a real person to me but Sequoia not so much yet. But I've made some progress with her lately (the football stuff). I agree, the parents dying in an accident isn't so good. But I need to figure out a way for them not to be available to confirm or deny what Debbie says.

I'm so glad you are making progress on the Jr. Sem paper - yay! Only 2 more days...
