my dad is gone and I'm stunned

As some of you already know, my dad died of a heart attack Saturday. There is absolutely no way to ever prepare for something like this. My dad always ended his conversations with "I love you," and because of his love, I have no regrets at his passing

i can't even imagine handling that. my mom would say he's in a better place now, peaceful, happy.
