Got one? Got more? Want to tell me about your experiences? I have finally decided to overcome my fear and get one but want to overly prepare myself.

O.K. Grimr did mine*, and what convinced me was when he said that it was only as bad as a cat scratch. The coloring is not as bad as the outlining.

If you are having this done on your back: if you feel the need to squeeze something, squeeze with both hands, equal pressure. If not, your skin will only pull in one direction, and could cause the result to look off.

Follow the care instructions absolutely!!!! Keep it covered with gauze and do not wet it for the 1st 24 hrs. Make sure you wash the tat with antibacterial soap (they suggested Dial) 4xs a day for the next 3 days, and apply a light coat of A&D ointment after washing (just enough to make the tat shine). After that just aviod sun and wind exposure for 4-6 weeks. Your artist *should* give you an after care sheet.

* O.K. Techincally, mine was 2 seprate tattoo sessions. If you look close at the 2nd row of flowers, you'll see one that does not quite match the others. That was the small piece of Flash I got done before I had Grimr do the rest of the work....
