I recently saw the episode of The Day Today featuring the hanging skeleton of Ian Curtis - I had competely forgotten about the bit in question, which made it extra hilarious. Which was nice.

there's a bit in either the day today or brasseye where chris morris says something quite authoritatively and then adds "and possibly _____ and stuff i dunno" in a realy lazy announcer kind of way, but i can't remember the context or anything. anyway, that inspired the last bit of the blog entry.

Have you been watching 'The IT Crowd'? It's pretty quality, in my opinion. Chris Morris is quality. It's brilliant to see him playing a character in a 'normal' sitcom.

Also have you been watching Hyperdrive? It pretty good - wasn't sure about it at first, but it grew on me. I found it gentle and comforting. Nick and Kevin were great, of course.

i like episodes 2 & 6 of it crowd, 1 & 3 were quite rubbish i thought. 4 & 5 were ok. in general, chris morris was a highlight obv. but i'm still not sure about richard ayoade. i think im coming round.

i watched one hyperdrive, thought it was ok. i'll probably download the series or something. nick and the actor kevin eldon were a highlight obv.

due to a change of plan with flights etc there has been a slight route change on the lightning bolt tour. therefore we have had to shift our date about to accomodate.

THE ABERDEEN GIG WILL NOW TAKE PLACE ON MON 15TH MAY IN THE TUNNELS

dunno what this means for Edinburgh though.
