No, no, no. No. That's not the way to look at it at all. The uni were overwhelmed with candidates who all looked equally good on paper and the interview is what sorts the wheat from the chaff. Why would they have offered you the interview if they didn't think you were a good candidate in the first place? You, my friend, are clearly not chaff and therefore have nothing to worry about. QED.
