First of all, best of luck with the family and health things!
One of my questions from the first part got answered--which fate belonged to who, and how, though I was fairly sure that River meant the forgetting was Donna's fate and death was Tau's fate.
The existence of a TARDIS crew made me very happy--the Doctor (any of him) could use some more company. :)
Yeah, Donna was the one to forget, and Tau was the one to die.
For a little while after I finished this, I thought "TARDIS crew" looked a little lame. But then I thought it sort of made sense. =D There are a few of them, and they're on the TARDIS. So yeah...a crew.
Glad you liked it, and thank you for the comments.
Poor Jack. And poor them for not being able to do anything. Damn fixed points.
Ah, so they weren't there to help Theta. I guess... another flipping fixed point. :( Oh, well... have to have some sadness with the good. But poor Donna for now having a lover who makes her look like a cougar. Not sure she ever wanted that. :/
But the changes that came with River? Very interesting. Good on you for leaving us with more questions than answers. You'll probably trigger a few muses with this one. Bravo. :D
I imagine there was frustration on their parts, but at least they did get to help Jack.
Honestly I didn't plan on them not being there to help Theta. It just kind of happened. O_o Muse was inspired to send at least Jack skiing when I saw a pic on tumblr of John Barrowman in ski clothes with goggles and well...yeah. ;P I just sent Donna and Tau along with. We'll go with fixed point though rather than author ogling.
I don't think Donna looks like a cougar with Eleven as a lover. Does she?
If anyone gets a little prod from their muse about River's new place in Theta's timeline, they're welcome to it. =D
Thank you so much for the comments, and glad you liked it.
Oh, the Barrowman skis? Bet he looks interesting. ;)
Eh, I don't know. It's the first thought that came to mind for some reason. I had a little shock when I learned that Matt Smith is less than a year older than I am. Anyway...
Thank you for writing this little series. I hope your Muse does keep giving you ideas, even though we won't see them for a while. Good luck. *hugs*
Good luck with everything! And hopefully you found the Dalek mp3 I sent you.
Anyway... Yay for them rescuing Jack; he certainly needed a helping hand, poor bloke. [How did he react to the TARDIS Threesome, btw?] But them not being with the Doctor when he regenerated was heartbreaking!
I'm also secretly pleased that the Doctor didn't really whisper his name to River. *hides*
I did get the Dalek mp3 you sent. =D I couldn't get the ringtone maker to use it, but it is on Stella anyhow.
I feel like Jack needed tons of hugs after CoE. And what better way to get them then to travel with the Three Timeketeers (hubby thought of that one actually. More accurately he saw what I was writing and said "Oh God. It's like the Musketeers but with Time Lords. You should call them the Three Timeketeers." So I did. =P). Also, I'm thinking Jack did a lot of staring, wondering and maybe a little flirting, but nothing much more this close to Ianto's death. =/
As for his regenerating alone, see my reply to Tkel_paris. It was kind of accidental. O_o
*pokes head into hiding spot* I'm rather pleased too. =D *sneaks back out*
Thank you for your comments, and I'm glad you liked it.
