Update on Projects

Once again, another pictureless entry. I haven't grabbed the camera to take pictures of the various projects lately. I've also been neglecting the updating this thing, but I am getting things done.

As far as the dress goes, I've got all the materials needed for the dress either in hand or ordered. The only thing I have left to buy that I need is

You are so busy with all your projects! I'll settle for a picture of you in the new outfit when it's done.

One thought - you ARE knotting before and after each pearl, I hope. It takes a little longer to go through the pearl twice, but I find they lie where you want them that way.

Thank you! When I finish the outfit I'll be sure to post a picture. That will be just in time for me to start on the next one. I'm thinking that the next dress will go faster since the underparts will be done already. My goal for this winter is 3 new Elizabethan type dresses for my garb closet, plus some new camping garb.

It feels like I'm knotting pearls forever. It takes me half an hour to do five, which makes it feel like it's taking forever. If you look a couple posts back, the caul is made from that pink, so I'm putting a pearl in the center of each flower.
