Renaissance Fencing

Forgot to mention that my husband is attending an ARMA event (Association for Renaissance Martial Arts) this weekend, a teaching clinic for renaissance fencing. It is in our town, and he said there were about 40 in attendance, very cool. There are also 2 more fencing clubs here now, one is a renaissance fencing club. I would have to ask my husband

Oh boy. I saw "fencing" and thought about a literal fence from the Renaissance. Sad thing is my brother is a fencer...

I'm sure her grip in those pics was better than mine when I first started fencing. :)
