Yeah I've watched Bleach before (and quite like it), but I haven't heard of D-Gray Man. I'll have to see if I can find it anywhere and check it out. : )

Death Note immediately comes to mind, but it has next to zero romance in it. Its story and characters are fantastic, though.

I've only seen bits and pieces of Code Geass, but it seems like it might be right up your alley. Of course, it would depend on what kind of cartoon men you're attracted to, haha.

One of my friends (who really likes hot male characters and anime romance) is nutty about a show called Pretear; I haven't seen any of it, but it might be what you're looking for.

hehe, I actually already quite like Death Note, at least the episodes I've seen on TV. Saw the liveaction movie a month or so ago and it was pretty good.
