OK, so we have the crucial England-Israel Euro 2008 qualifier, the first of the U.S. Open men's semi-finals, the England rugby union team's first match of the World Cup and the climax of the England-India ODI series, all at the same time. Why???? Could someone not at least have managed to make sure that the football and the rugby union weren't

These heritage open days are fabulous - Tim's taken Freya up a local church tower this afternoon, and tomorrow we're all going to the Gladstone Pottery Museum, all for free! :-D
