I've lost 1lb this week, so I'm apparently still 1lb more than I apparently was 2 weeks ago, but at least things haven't got any worse. What are my chances of losing 13lbs by Christmas, bearing in mind that I've got a weekend away and various other things likely to involve food between now and then? Hmm

Remember, when you go to the gym, you raise your metabolism and you then burn off calories faster, even if you're resting, for several hours afterwards.
