it is, dahling. xD i know how to use it, though. if you want to make an icon, just take a picture and crop it 100x100. dimensions show at the bottom. and then you can add text and crap. for good tutorials on how to use it you should probably try http://jennyspage.net/tutorials.html. oh, and if you want the full psp7 version (not a trial xD) then i could always send it to you. <3
