That was wonderful. You captured the atmosphere of the bleak future and John's weariness perfectly, but I like how this lesson for Cameron is one of those sparks of humanity (small though they seem to be) that must help them remember what they're fighting for.

Glad you liked this. I try not to make John/Cameron too terribly sappy because it just doesn't fit them or resemble anything about the show. Small cute moments here and there, yes, but mixed with some despair. John Connor has to be lonely/unhappy. It's just the way it should be.

Can't wait to see what you come up with for the fandom! :D
